The firm also assists with the process of ratification of extrajudicial agreements, with specific full release clauses, in relation to the employment agreement, with an outstanding participation (the 1st case related to this topic, to be ruled by the Superior Labor Court, was ruled in favor of the company) in the creation of the Superior Labor Court’s precedents, regarding the full ratification of said agreements.
