Daniel Domingues Chiode

Majored in Law at the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo (PUC/SP) and holds an MBA degree in People Management, from Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV). He used to be a member of the American Chamber Strategic People Management Committee (Amcham). He was awarded the medal of the Order of Merit of Don Bosco, granted by the Regional Labor Court of Brasília (10th Region), in the degree of Commander, in 2011.

Nominated by Análise 500 Advocacia magazine for several years as the most admired lawyer in the pharmaceutical industry and the most admired labor and employment lawyer. Also indicated in international publications, such as Legal 500, Chambers & Partners and Leaders’ League.

He has extensive national and international experience in labor advisory and litigation (individual, collective and Labor Prosecutor’s Office), including a strong presence in thousands of trials at the Superior Labor Court and the Supreme Federal Court.

Majored in Legal and Social Sciences at the Pontifical Catholic University of Campinas (2004), holds a specialist degree in Labor Law and Procedures, from the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo (2007), a specialist degree in Corporate Union Leadership from the Getúlio Vargas Foundation of São Paulo (2012) and a Master's degree in Labor Law and Social Security, from USP (2016).

She was indicated as one of the “recommended lawyers”, by The Legal 500 magazine, and by Leaders’ League.

She has vast experience in labor advisory and litigation, contemplating variable compensation plans, Profit Sharing, benefits, expatriates, collective bargaining, review of procedures, preparation of codes of conduct, HR manuals, internal policies, employment protection analysis, mass dismissals, negotiations with the Labor Prosecutor’s Office, among others, including civil class actions and claims involving high executives.

Antônio José de Barros Levenhagen

Antônio José de Barros Levenhagen joined the magistracy in 1980, having been a judge at the Superior Labor Court from 1999 to 2017. During this period, he was the president of the Fourth Panel and a member of the SEDC, SBDI-1 and the SBDI-2, of the Special Committee, the Full Bench of the Superior Labor Court and the Superior Council of Labor Justice. He held the position of director of the National School of Training and Improvement of Labor Magistrates (ENAMAT), in the 2009/2011 biennium, the position of General Inspector of Labor Justice, in the 2011/2013 biennium, the of Vice President, in 2013, and President of the Superior Labor Court, in the 2014/2016 biennium.

The Judge was awarded, among other honors, the Order of Rio Branco, by the Presidency of the Federative Republic of Brazil, the Great Medal of “Inconfidência Mineira”, by the Government of the State of Minas Gerais, and the Tiradentes Medal, by the Legislative Assembly of the State of Rio de Janeiro, in addition to the “Professor Doctor Antonio José de Souza Levenhagen” Medal, granted by the Faculty of Law of Varginha.

He was also awarded the Peacemaker Medal, by the Commander of the Brazilian Army; the Don Quixote Trophy, by the Justiça & Cidadania Magazine and the Professor Raymundo Cândido Award, granted by the Brazilian Bar Association of Minas Gerais. He is an Honorary Member of the Brazilian Academy of Labor Law and Professor Emeritus of the Law Course at Faculdades Integradas Hélio Alonso - FACHA.

Márcio Eurico Vitral Amaro

Former Justice of the TST (Brazilian Superior Labor Court). He has a Bachelor's Degree in Law, from the Universidade Católica de Minas Gerais, and entered the judiciary in 1987, at the Regional Labor Court of the 10th Region. Upon the disintegration of this Court, he became a judge at the Regional Labor Court of the 24th Region and was their first president, in the 1993/94 biennium. After serving at the TST as a judge on summons, from February to December 1998 and from August 2002 to June 2003, he was appointed as a Justice of that Court in 2007, where he remained until March 2021.

Foi indicado como um dos melhores advogados pela Chambers Awards Europe em 2023, tendo recebido também o reconhecimento da Best Lawyers e da Iberian Lawyer.
